OptioLabs Expands Executive Leadership Team to Support Product Delivery and Customer Expansion

BALTIMORE, MD – December 9, 2015 – The addition of product excellence and sales veterans Maez and Geritz round out OptioLabs’ strategy to capitalize on a growing market

OptioLabs, a developer of advanced security products for the mobile enterprise and embedded systems, today announced the addition of Deon Maez as Director of Quality Assurance, and Patrick Geritz as Vice President of North American Sales. Tapped for their achievements in delivering significant sales growth, the pair will lead OptioLabs’ customer expansion efforts.

As Director of Quality Assurance, Maez will oversee OptioLabs’ product delivery. Maez has over a decade of experience in software quality control and reporting analytics, as well as extensive expertise working with future-focused healthcare organizations. He also brings a proven track record of developing programs that have fewer configuration issues, and that successfully grow revenue.

Prior to joining OptioLabs, Maez led a quality assurance team at CellTrust Corp, a secure mobile communication company that offers a two-way SMS Gateway mobile engagement solution used by organizations to send real-time, personalized messages to consumers, employees and constituents. During his time with CellTrust, Maez was responsible for ensuring that testing activities allowed applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.

Geritz’s role and responsibilities as Vice President of North American Sales includes increasing sales and growing OptioLabs’ overall customer base. A creative sales executive with over 20 years of successful sales experience, Geritz most recently served as the vice president of Federal and North American sales at Appistry, a big data solution provider. At Appistry, Geritz not only increased OEM sales 150% in two different markets, but also built sales processes from the inside out that produced hundreds of new customers.

Geritz has been especially successful in government markets, and has extensive experience identifying new markets, developing key accounts, and initiating successful business partnerships. He is a proven leader when it comes to managing the entire sales cycle from beginning to end, and will assist in continued market success for OptioLabs’ technology.
