New Vice President of Services Plays Key Role in Latest OptioLabs LaunchOptio Labs
The recent addition of Majernik to OptioLabs’ leadership team has led to a successful release of OptioServices, the company’s new security suite offering.
Baltimore, MD (January 20, 2015) – OptioLabs, a developer of advanced security products for the mobile enterprise and embedded systems, today announced the addition of Christina Wiegand Majernik as Vice President of Services. Earlier this month, Majernik led the launch of OptioServices, an innovative security services and solutions offering which complements the company’s products for data-in-use and mobile security.
As Vice President of Services, Majernik will continue to lead and develop OptioLabs’ OptioServices team. A seasoned business development professional, Majernik has more than 8 years of experience in cybersecurity professional services and cybersecurity training solutions. She also is highly skilled at product development, crafting go to market strategies, and driving revenue growth. Throughout her career, Majernik has worked with state and local governmental agencies, university systems, financial institutions and large enterprises.
Prior to joining OptioLabs, Majernik served as Director of Art of Exploitation (AoE) Services at TeleCommunication Systems’ Cyber Intelligence Group, where she launched and grew AoE Services, a suite of security services to safeguard networks and systems against cybersecurity threats. Majernik also launched TCS’s first international training offering, a comprehensive portfolio of incident response training.

Majernik is currently an active board member of the MD/DC District Export Council, a member of the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation’s CyberWorks Steering Committee, and immediate past Chair of the CRTC Commercial Cyber Forum. She holds dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Political Science from Canisius College, and a Master’s of Urban Planning Degree from the University at Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Planning.
